Minerva Dev（以下「当事業」）は、当事業が提供するアプリケーションおよびウェブサイト（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

Minerva Dev (“we”, “us”) sets out below how information is handled in the applications and website we provide (the “Services”).

01基本方針Our approach

当事業は、本サービスの提供にあたり、必要のない個人情報を取得しないことを基本方針としています。取得する情報は、サービスの提供・維持・改善に必要な範囲に限られます。

We do not collect personal information that the Services do not need. What we do collect is limited to what is required to provide, maintain, and improve them.

02取得する情報Information we collect

当事業が取得する可能性のある情報は次のとおりです。

お問い合わせをいただいた際にご提供いただくメールアドレスおよびその内容
アプリケーションの不具合が発生した際の端末情報・エラー情報（機種名、OSバージョン、発生状況等）
広告配信事業者が広告の表示・測定のために取得する広告識別子等の情報（第4項をご参照ください）

当事業のアプリケーションは、氏名、住所、電話番号、生年月日といった情報を利用者から直接取得することはありません。

We may collect the following:

Your email address and the contents of your message when you contact us
Device and error information when an application malfunctions (device model, OS version, circumstances of the error)
Advertising identifiers and related information collected by advertising providers for the display and measurement of ads (see section 4)

Our applications do not ask you for your name, postal address, telephone number, or date of birth.

04広告配信についてAdvertising

当事業のアプリケーションでは、第三者配信の広告サービスを利用する場合があります。これらの事業者は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するために、広告識別子（Android の広告 ID、iOS の IDFA 等）を利用することがあります。

Google の広告サービスにおける情報の取り扱いについては、Google のポリシーと規約をご確認ください。広告識別子のリセットやパーソナライズ広告の無効化は、端末の設定から行えます。

Our applications may use third-party advertising services. These providers may use advertising identifiers (the Android Advertising ID, Apple's IDFA, and similar) to show ads relevant to your interests.

For how Google handles information in its advertising services, see Google's policies. You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off personalised ads in your device settings.

05第三者への提供Disclosure to third parties

当事業は、次の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

利用者の同意がある場合
法令に基づく場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、利用者の同意を得ることが困難な場合

We do not share the information we collect with third parties, except:

with your consent
where required by law
where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and consent is difficult to obtain

06情報の管理Safeguards

当事業は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損を防ぐため、必要かつ適切な管理を行います。保有する必要がなくなった情報は、速やかに削除します。

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to prevent loss, damage, or unauthorised disclosure of the information we hold, and delete information promptly once it is no longer needed.

07お子様の利用についてChildren

当事業は、13歳未満のお子様を対象とした情報の収集を意図的に行いません。お子様に関する情報が意図せず取得されたことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected unintentionally, we will delete it promptly.

08開示・削除のご請求Access and deletion

当事業が保有する利用者ご自身の情報について、開示、訂正または削除をご希望の場合は、第10項の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、適切に対応します。

If you would like us to disclose, correct, or delete information we hold about you, please contact us using the details in section 10. We will respond once we have verified your identity.

09本ポリシーの変更Changes to this policy

当事業は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

We may revise this policy to reflect changes in law or in the Services. Any revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
